Level III Adolescent Residential Facility
A Level III Adolescent Residential Group Home is a licensed, community-based residential program that provides 24-hour care, supervision, and therapeutic support for adolescents with emotional, behavioral, or mental health needs. These programs serve youth who require a structured living environment and more intensive services than can typically be provided through outpatient treatment or a traditional family setting, while offering a less restrictive alternative to psychiatric hospitalization or secure residential facilities.
-
Residents receive individualized treatment and support designed to promote emotional well-being, personal growth, and healthy development. Services may include individual, group, and family therapy, medication management, life skills training, educational support, behavioral interventions, and recreational activities. Care is delivered by trained professionals who work collaboratively with families, schools, healthcare providers, and community partners to help each youth achieve treatment goals and prepare for a successful transition to a less restrictive setting.
-
Our program is committed to providing a safe, nurturing, and structured environment where adolescents are treated with dignity and respect. Through evidence-based practices, trauma-informed care, and individualized treatment planning, we help youth build resilience, develop positive coping skills, strengthen relationships, and gain the confidence needed to succeed at home, in school, and in their communities.
-
Our program serves adolescent females, typically ages 12–17, who require a structured, therapeutic residential setting to address emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges. Residents may have experienced trauma, family disruption, difficulties with emotional regulation, or other behavioral health needs that require a higher level of support than can be provided in a traditional home or outpatient setting.
We provide individualized, trauma-informed care in a safe, nurturing environment where each resident receives comprehensive treatment, life skills development, educational support, and opportunities for personal growth. Our goal is to help each young woman build resilience, develop healthy coping skills, strengthen relationships, and successfully transition to a less restrictive home or community setting.
