Every referral is carefully reviewed to determine individualized care needs, with the safety and well-being of both our students and staff remaining our highest priority.
Admissions Process

Submit Admissions Referral Form and supporting documentation.

An admissions specialist will reach out to gather additional details.

We will review the referral and supporting documentation.

Confirmation of insurance coverage.

A Sunrise team member will interview the student applicant.

Complete enrollment paperwork.

Schedule enrollment date.

We will guide you through each step, coordinate with current providers, and share what to expect at the time of enrollment. We do not offer same-day or emergency placements.

Insurance
Sunrise Growth and Renewal accepts North Carolina Medicaid plans and private insurance single-case agreements. We also have private pay options.
For private insurance, we provide information and support to assist the member in requesting a single-case agreement to cover treatment and services offered at Sunrise.
